Attention Homeowners The State requires that we, the HOA, allow the homeowners of the community to vote on the HOA’s ability to enforce the current street parking rules and regulations.  The HOA needs to receive 20 Ballots to maintain the HOA street parking rules.  Please see the attached documents and submit your ballot before the April 30th deadline. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.
